Complex type III---moving IV solar radio burst on Sep. 23, 1998 observed with radio spectrometers (1 --- 2GHz and 2.6 --- 3.8GHz) at Beijing Astronomical Observatory (BAO) is analyzed preliminarily, combining with the data obtained from the SSRT (5.7 GHz ) in Russia and radio spectrometer in Germany. These study fields of electron acceleration and magnetic structures in the corona are expanded. Some radiation mechanisms of the moving type IV burst and the multiple periodic pulsations are commented qualitatively.
