A new method is introduced to quickly find out the records of the required field stars from PPM that has been stored in a computer. The mean positions and standard coordinates of these stars at observational time are also obtained. At the same time, the star chart of the field is printed out so that the user can confirm the stars on a plate. The practical reference system of star can be used conveniently to astrometry with photograph or CCD, etc. Especially, it can rapid by provide a precise reference coordinate system for the astronomical orientation of various space vehicles at real time.
