It is shown that the angular and time resolution of measurements of optical emission from EAS with energies of the order of 10 to the 20th eV can be improved by simultaneously using two orthogonal systems of optical cells with slotlike survey regions. In one system the survey regions are joined in parallel and are oriented vertically, while in the other system the survey regions are oriented horizontally. This type of arrangement can be realized on the basis of a parabolocylindrical mirror, in the focus of which is placed a photomultiplier chain with a slotlike mask. The correlation of the angular and time data of the horizontal regions with corresponding data of the vertical regions makes it possible to determine the trajectories of extensive air showers.
