The outer part of the earth magnetosphere is almost entirely driven by short term variations but the inner part depends on middle term cumulative processes, the main source term being injection around the stationary orbit. A physical dynamical model of the magnetosphere able to perform middle term flux evaluation is thus helpful to future engineering models. A code, Salammbo 3D (3D meaning two dimensions in space, the altitude and the latitude, the third one being the energy), solving the phase space diffusion equation has been developed. Assuming that all distribution functions are averaged over the drift path, it allows to deduce flux variations from L=1 to 7, occurring with a time scale on the order of a day. The calculated shape of the fluxes in a L versus time grid for MeV electrons will be discussed during a typical event.
