We present photoelectric observations of 90 standard stars in the southern E-regions (δ = -45°). These standards define a JF-photometric system that is intended to match the photographic system based on the following combinations: J (IIIa-J + GG385), F (IIIa-F + RG630). We use our observations to derive color-dependent transformations that can be used to estimate JF values for stars observed in the Cape-Cousins B and R bands.
