The close binary star TX Cancri in the cluster Praesepe (M44) was observed photometrically using the Buehler Observatory 0.4 m telescope. Light curves were obtained in the V, R and I bandpasses. The light curves and the available radial velocity curves of Whelan, Worden and Mochnacki (1973), were analyzed using the current version of the Wilson differential corrections program. Our solutions were in close agreement with the solutions of Wilson and Bierman (1976). The model presented includes the following parameters: T1 = 6400 K (not adjusted), T2 = 6172 K (+/- 40 K), inclination = 62.57 degrees (+/- 0.35), M1/M2 = (1.6198 (+/- .018), Omega 1 and 2 = 4.7809 (+/-.028) (The system is in an over-contact configuration).
