The results of UBVRI photoelectric and calibrated R photographic surface photometry are presented for the galaxies NGC 3623, NGC 3627, and NGC 3628. Structural parameters, calibrated isodensity contour maps, and integrated R magnitudes are given for each galaxy. A number of features of the luminosity profiles and contour maps of the galaxies are shown to be consistent with the tidal models of a gravitational encounter between NGC 3627 and NGC 3628. Although NGC 3623 appears relatively normal, its apparently warped disk and abnormal major-axis profile may indicate that is should also be included in the tidal encounter models.
