Intermediate-band photoelectric observations obtained to study the broad absorption features recently discovered in the continua of the Ap stars are reported. The observations extend the spectral range from 3200 to 8500 A with a spectral coverage of 82% in a search for previously undetected features. No new features were found. Observations of the strength of the 5300-A feature for 56 Ap stars are reported. For several stars having multiple observations, variability of the 5300-A feature was observed.
