The photometric histories of the confirmed BL Lacertae objects OI 090.4 and OJ-131 are investigated by an examination of photographic plates. Observations of OJ-131, although meager, indicate that the object typically ranges in magnitude from 16.3 to 17.5. The light curve obtained for OI 090.4 reveals it to be more optically active than OJ-131, with a brightness range of about 2 magnitudes and short-time scale variations on the order of 0.8 magnitude superimposed on a constant value of 16.3. It is concluded that both objects investigated deserve further monitoring.
