New photometric (uvbyβ) and spectrographic observations of the dwarf Cepheid HD 94033 are described. The light amplitude, 0m.80 in V, and radial-velocity amplitude, 2K = 52 km s-1, are unusually large. The mean effective temperature and surface gravity are >Teff< = 7650K and >log g< = 4.14. The mean radial velocity, +268 km s-1, and low-metal abundance, [Fe/H] ≡ -2.4, indicate that the star is a very extreme Population II star. Standard evolutionary theory indicates the mass is 0.9 M_sun; and the age is 6.5×109 years. In many respects the star is similar to GD 428.
