Yellow and blue photometry of V453 Sco shows the character of the light curve to be completely different from that accepted from photographic estimates. In the present data, there are conspicuous photometric complications, but it has been possible to solve the light curves by synthesis procedures. Absolute dimensions for the component stars have been derived, and an attempt at understanding the systemic evolution is presented.
