A photoelectric micrometer of multifunction is described, which can not
only measure the angular diameter of the sun, the positions of the sun,
moon, planets, minor planets and stars, but also measure the azimuth
mark. The test shows that it is a stable system with performance. The
obtained orientation accuracy of the azimuth mark is satisfactory.
