All the available observational data on the spectrum near the resonance LiI 6708 A doublet and on the brightness, magnetic field, and light variations of the roAp star HD 83368 are analyzed. A comparison of these data shows that the observed modulation of the above stellar characteristics with the rotation period and the synchronism of their variations can be satisfactorily explained in terms of the spotted-rotator model.
