Spectrophotometry of a peculiar emission-line object from the Tololo survey is presented. The spectrum is noteworthy in terms of the absence of [O II] λ3727 and [N II] λλ6548, 6583 as well as the unusually large [O III] ratio 1(λ4363)/I(λ4959 + λ5007). A large electron density (Ne ˜ 106-7 cm-3) is indicated. Some aspects of the spectrum are similar to spectral characteristics of objects thought to be young planetary nebulae.
