Solutions for the vacuum field equations of the self-creation theory of gravitation are presented for the Roberson-Walker space-time. It is shown that the field equations of Barber (1982) for a continuous creation scalar tensor theory of gravitation are derivable from an action principle, and that the vacuum model is obtainable from general relativistic solutions, if omega = 0 and the coupling constant lambda = 1. It is noted that this value of the coupling constant has been ruled out by experimental data.
