The Little and Tremaine (LT) analysis in an infinite logarithmic halo
potential Phi(r) = vc squared log r is discussed. The value
of the circular speed vc squared predicted by LT is
considered to be a rescaling of simpler arguements by a factor depending
only on the number of observations.
