It is shown that the presence of charged dust grains and/or high-Z heavy ions in strongly magnetized electron-positron plasmas can give rise to a novel Whistler-like mode. The ponderomotive force of the latter can create large scale density perturbations and cause differential acceleration of dust grains/heavy ions having a variable charge to mass ratio distribution.
