Post-Agb Stars: Oh Masers

Scientific paper

The authors have observed the weak OH maser source near OH 17.7-2.0 using the Parkes 64 m radio telescope, Australia. The OH maser emission was observed at five different locations. The observations indicate that a new weak OH maser source, with peak velocity at 53.5 km/s, has been found. The best-fitting position of this new OH maser source has been determined using a two-dimensional Gaussian fitting procedure.
