We present a new pipeline to reduce 160 micron data taken with the MIPS detector on-board Spitzer. Starting from raw data, our pipeline is able to correct short- and long-term transients that severely limit the quality of standard reductions. Transients occurring in the signal after a sudden change in the incident flux are fitted using a physical model and removed from the data. Flux calibration has been recomputed for our pipeline. A few examples from archival data featuring deep surveys and pointed observations are shown to compare the quality of our reduction with standard available pipelines.
