A new search for ring nebulae around Of stars has been performed using narrow-band emission line deep photographs of the Milky Way (Parker et al., 1979). The fields in the vicinity of 109 Of and O(f) stars were inspected for nebulosity and for any hint of shell structure. One more ring nebula Sh 22 around the HD 162978 star should be added to the list of ring nebulae connected with Of stars published earlier (Lozinskaya, 1982). The nature of this nebula is discussed.
