Obviously it is necessary to set up a new short-term prediction scheme of flares because of the change of predicted objects from SWFs to X-ray bursts, and the need to raising prediction level and the newly available data supplied by the development of new observing technique at Beijing Astronomical Observatory. The purpose for building up a new scheme directly heightens the hitting probability of the prediction and reduces the false and the missing probability of the flare prediction.
