Supernova Remnants, Pulsars

Scientific paper

The pulsar P5R2334+61 is located near the centre of the supernova
remnant G1 14.3+0.3. It is shown that ages and distances of both objects
are comparable. This result suggests that both objects are physically
related. With an age of about 40,000 years the pair PSR2334+61 and
Gtl4.3+O.3 would be one of the oldest association presently known.
