Three period changes are noted in the present O-C diagram of the eclipsing binary GG Cassiopeiae, together with an analysis of the period changes present in the system. The strongest of these period changes occurred over 1942-1966; the stronger period changes appear to have occurred after 1942, while the system exhibited a negligible period change prior to that date. Overall, the O-C diagram suggests that the O-C values of the system GG Cas are negative after 1942, with little probability of a third body but appreciable period fluctuations.
