In the two-temperature optically thin accretion disks, it has been believed that pair processes are not important, in general. However by taking into account the effect of escape of created pairs from accretion disks, pair processes become important, and powerful outflows of escaping pairs are formed. When the mass accretion rate becomes as large as a tenth of the Eddington value, most of the viscously dissipated power is extracted by electron-positron outflow. .
