A filamentary nebulosity found at the position of the radio supernova remnant PKS-51/52 through photographic observations by means of the Curtis-Schmidt-type telescope at Cerro Tololo Interamerican Observatory is reported. From the observed nebulosity's filamentary structure, its blue color, and its agreement in position with the radio supernova remnant, it is concluded that it is the optical remnant of the supernova.
