The spectrum of the saturated radiation of an SiO maser is studied and its fitting function derived. In order to explain the observations the authors put forward a new model of the distribution of SiO masers in Orion, i.e., the multi-separation rotating and expanding disc-shell model. The computational results indicate, the new model can explain the observed phenomenon. In fact the new model not only explains the radiation spectrum of the non-saturated maser, but also that of the saturated maser.
