The physical processes occurring in the supergranule boundary cylinder layer are investigated. Taking into account the Coriolis force an expression for the phi component of the magnetic field and velocity are obtained. The estimated number of the spicules coming on each supergranule cell depends on the solar latitude theta. The time scale of the formation and the coalescence of the magnetic tubes is of the order of the observed life time of the spicules.
