We present an algorithm to optimize the measurement of the sizes, shapes
and centers of void regions. We have applied this algorithm to the CfA
redshift survey to a depth of 7000 km/sec. In addition, we characterize
the selection effects which affect our results. This optimization
utilizes several different definitions of the void edges.
