Curved Spacetime--Gravitational Radiation

I give a new mechanism of releasing gravitational energy in curved spacetime. It is different from the Penrose process, the Starobinsky-Unruh process, or the Hawking evaporation process [1]. The existence of this process is proved for the specific instances of the Kerr and the Schwarzschild metrics and formulae (18) and (21) give the net energy released.
