The quantitative theory of a new type of magnetic buoyancy instability is presented. This instability is connected with the large scale magnetic force reversal in plasma with fully developed magnetohydrodynamic turbulence. The energy of the instability is provided by fine scale fluctuations. Isothermal plasma for beta much greater than 1 is considered, beta being the ratio of the plasma pressure to the pressure of the large scale magnetic field.
