Using the observed evolution of the far-IR (FIR) luminosity function
(LF) of galaxies obtained with Spitzer, We improved the previous model
under the strong constraint of the LF evolution. This model succeeded in
reproducing many available FIR and submillimeter (submm) observations of
galaxies and the cosmic IR background (CIB).
