We present a new three dimensional code that treats chemistry and thermal balance within an arbitrary density field. Using a ray tracing scheme based on the HEALPix package, the code applies an escape probability method, leading to the calculation of the abundances of species in a given chemical network. In this poster we mainly focus on the computational method we followed. We also show examples of how the code can be applied in various astrophysical and astrochemical problems of HII/PDR complexes in star-forming regions.
