As part of an HST Archival Legacy study, we are conducting a homogeneous analysis of all WFPC2 images obtained for Cepheid studies, with the aim of achieving a uniform recalibration of the Cepheid distance scale using rigorous, quantitative methods of analysis. Here we present our Cepheid distance results for galaxies that serve as local calibrators of the Tully-Fisher relation, and apply this new calibration to the most complete catalogue of spiral galaxies suitable for use with the Tully-Fisher relation. We present preliminary results of our newly calibrated Tully-Fisher relation, as well as an estimate of H0.
