We present a new calibration of stellar parameters (Teff, bolometric corrections, luminosities, ionising fluxes) of Galactic O stars as a function of spectral type. Our study is based on a grid of non-LTE models including winds and line-blanketing computed with the code CMFGEN (Hillier & Miller 1998). Compared to previous calibrations, the main changes are: 1) a reduction of the temperature scale by 2000 to 8000 K depending on spectral type and luminosity class; 2) Bolometric corrections are reduced by 0.40 to 0.60 mag for a given spectral type; 3) luminosities are lower by 0.20 to 0.35 dex; 3) H ionising fluxes are reduced by up to 0.80 dex. Line-blanketing is the main factor responsible for these changes.
