A new approach of managing and presenting ancillary data is developed at the Hobby-Eberly Telescope (HET). We have switched from using an ASCII form of saving all our auxiliary observation data, such as weather information, seeing data and flux from guiders software, to RDBMS. This information will be available to our users as an addition to their science data.
