During a recent study of features associated with early-type stars, the
authors have observed a linearly extended, low-mass (180 M_sun;) cloud
of neutral hydrogen in the vicinity of UW CMa. The structure of this
cloud and its velocity field suggest that it is indeed associated with
UW CMa. Possible models for their relation are considered.
