One of the most important aspects in teaching and learning physics is to recognize, study, and understand the environment. Today, physics teachers need to introduce the risks associated with climate changes to their students, thus preparing them to analyze and resolve existing environmental issues, and prevent new environmental problems. Physics education at Bosnian universities could be updated following the Bologna process, introducing environmental topics in existing courses and developing curricula that highlight environmental contexts. The aim of this paper is to present the results of research focused on physics course syllabi's contents related to environmental topics. These results show the need for introducing new courses related to environmental physics.
