We present observations of six southern hemisphere high mass star forming regions: G333.6-0.2, RCW108, RCW117, RCW122, G351.6-1.3, and NGC 6334 I. K-band observations show extensive nebulosities in all regions and stellar clusters in five of the regions. Maps of C18O (J=1-->0) and HC3N (J=15-->14) line emission show extended moderate density gas with embedded high density cores. CO (J=1-->0) and SiO (J=3-->2) observations show evidence for outflows in five of the detected cores. The most spectacular examples of outflows are in NGC 6334 I. Our observations show two molecular cores in NGC 6334, both of which contains outflows. Our K-band images show a young cluster embedded in the southern core. Fabry-Perot imaging of this cluster in the Br-γ and H2 (1-->0) S(1) lines show the ultracompact H II region NGC 6334 F and evidence for a quadrupolar outflow originating near the H II region. In sharp contrast, the northern core exhibits 70 km s-1 broad SiO lines, indicative of an outflow from a massive young stellar object, but it does not contain an embedded cluster. We suggest that outflows from massive stars can precede the appearance of an embedded cluster.
