Using catalogs generated from automatic photometry of faint images on fine-grained 4-m photographic plates, a UBV multicolor survey of QSOs over an area of about 0.285 square degree in Hercular has been completed. Thirty QSO candidates brighter than B of about 21.8 were selected with stellar-like images and UBV colors uncommon for Galactic stars. The counts of QSO candidates from this study are consistent with those from other surveys.
