We present the discovery and analysis of outflows from young stellar objects discovered in the OMC-2/3 molecular cloud. We present imaging in the v=1-0 S(1) line of H_2, which shows at least one parsec-scale outflow. This largest flow runs E-W roughly 6' north of OMC-2, and can can be linked up with previously known optical Herbig-Haro (HH) objects HH 128, HH 42, and HH 295. The suspected driving source is located in the OMC-2/3 molecular ridge but is invisible in both our optical and near-infrared imaging, and does not appear as a core in 1.3 mm maps. A second flow 1' to the north emanates from the Haro 5a/6a reflection nebula, and might be associated with HH 41. A third flow ~ 5' north of the OMC-2 core is driven by one of two dense condensations and one of its terminal bowshocks is detected as HH 357. We also present J=2-1 (12) CO and (13) CO maps of this region. Even with a 30'' beam, the center of OMC-2 is confusion limited with outflow components overlapping one another. The molecular gas shows a general velocity gradient with redshifted clumps to the north and blueshifted components to the south. Although we infer the existence of 3--4 outflows in the OMC-3 cores to the north from our H_2 images, outflow activitiy is difficult to discern from our CO data. The molecular gas instead appears to have fragmented into high velocity clumps that cannot easily be associated with any individual flow.
