The Wyoming Survey for Hα is carrying out a comprehensive survey to probe the evolution of star forming galaxies over the latter half of the age of the Universe. In this work we supplement the Hα data with data from the Spitzer Wide-area Infrared Extragalactic Survey and ultraviolet the Galaxy Evolution Explorer. Using WySH+SWIRE+GALEX data we compare traditional measures of dust extinction with a new "ideal" indicator, [Hα + 24 micron]/Hα, to assess the evolution in dust extinction with redshift. We present preliminary results here from the ELAIS-N1 field at z 0.16 and 0.24.
