CCD image photometry in four filters (Johnson B, V and Gunn r, i) is given for 11 emission-line galaxies with compact appearance. Surface brightness profiles have been fitted to three functions: de Vaucouleurs, logarithmic and exp (1/r2) laws. Various types of morphologies and surface brightness profiles are observed. Only three of them turned out to be compact and blue with one or several bright knots. The most compact and probably the youngest one is PHL 293B. The de Vaucouleurs and the logarithmic functions fit equally well the surface brightness of 6 galaxies.
