In the globule ESO 210-6A located in the Gum Nebula a well collimated molecular outflow has been detected in the CO 1-0 and 2-1 lines. This outflow is aligned with the well known HH 46/47 optical jet. Red-shifted emission is detected from the position of the infrared source towards HH 47C. A much smaller lobe of blue-shifted emission is present where the optical jet has burst through the surface of the globule. The mass of the outflow is 0.03 solar mass. The dynamical time scale of the flow is 40,000 years and its mechanical luminosity 4.5 x 10 to the -3 solar luminosity for an assumed inclination of 60 deg of the flow with respect to the line of sight. The total mass of the globule as determined from (C-13)O measurements is 15 solar masses.
