We consider the reconstruction of the Galactic binary distribution by the tomographic approach proposed by Mohanty, Nayak(PRD, 2005). In this paper we propose a deconvolution method, based on CLEAN, for cleaning the ``dirty'' maps produced by the tomographic method. We demonstrate that the performance of this method is signficantly better than the standard CLEAN method.
