The paper examines a method for the synchronous tracking of two satellites using two spaced single-point multiparametric radio systems operating over a common metric interval. As the satellite moves in the radio-visibility zone of the two systems, each measures the total position and velocity vectors of the satellites in its own local measurement coordinate system. After all the information is transmitted to a common processing center, the inverse problem of space geodesy can be solved in a framework that differs somewhat from the traditional one. It is concluded that the solution of this modified inverse problem leads to a more effective monitoring of the stability of azimuths determined by astronomical-geodetic methods.
