The structure and radiation of geometrically thick accretion disks of
QSOs with magnetic fields are discussed. The results show that the total
luminosity and shape of the accretion disk are affected obviously by the
existence of the magnetic field. The power law distribution and high
degree of polarization of QSO spectra can be explained by this model.
