The radial velocities of the He II λ4686 line from the Shemakha Observatory indicate that AG Dra is a spectroscopic binary whose spectra of both components are observable. The parameters of the system have been determined. A model of a white dwarf accreting K giant's wind is proposed. The authors have adopted a gK star with the mass loss rate 5×10-8M_sun;/yr and a white dwarf with an approximate mass of 1 - 1.2 M_sun; as the most adequate case. The ultraviolet flux is radiated by a small disk and the X-ray flux from the polar areas of the disk.
