A model of the radial structure of a planet consisting of a mixture of a solid heavy nuclear material and a lighter mantle material is analyzed. A method for determining the proportionality factor and the state parameters is proposed, and it is shown how these values can be used to calculate the evolution of any solid-state planet of a sufficiently high density with a given mass and a given concentration of the nuclear material.
