A model universe is proposed in which a prolonged creative act maintains the course of creation from the beginning of the world to the present time. Consequently, continuous increase in the masses of all bodies present in the universe is allowed. Equations describing the model are written in terms of concepts developed in a previous paper where it was suggested that relevant cosmological reality has repercussions on the formulation of basic physical laws in our surroundings.
