A model for the formation voids and filaments in the universe is suggested using numerical simulation in this paper. We adopt the standard cosmology with Ω = 1.0, and we start with a hybrid distribution consisting of a poisson distribution and an adiabatic perturbation. Two values, 0.25 and 0.125 are taken for the perturbation amplitude. The results show that voids and filaments can appear in this hybrid model, provided the amplitude of the adiabatic perturbation is sufficiently large. Otherwise, only clusters can appear.
